Hello! I'm David Macchia, author of Lucky Retiree and an entrepreneur focused on strengthening Americans' retirement income security. I founded Wealth2k, Inc., the nation's leading provider of planning-based retirement income solutions. My work at Wealth2k has included the development of the popular retirement income solution, The Income for Life Model.

I love to write and speak about about retirement income. It's my passion. I'm a nationally-recognized expert in the field of retirement income planning, and a frequent public speaker on the topic.  I earned my MBA at the Boston University Questrom School of Business. I also hold the Retirement Management Analyst professional designation.

 

For eight years I served on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Retirement Income Industry Association, and ten years as a Director of the March of Dimes, Massachusetts Chapter.
